Project Overview

In March 2024, PT Elbema Integra Indonesia operated a 1300 CFM Oil Free Compressor to support the Shutdown activities at PT Kaltim Parna Industri. This oil-free compressor provides clean, oil-free air essential for maintaining process quality and equipment safety during the shutdown period.

The compressor was operated 24 hours nonstop with a two-shift system (day and night), managed by experienced operators from PT Elbema. The technical team closely monitored compressor performance, including pressure and operating temperature, to ensure optimal and specification-compliant operation. All activities were conducted in strict accordance with safety standards and operational procedures to guarantee smooth and safe shutdown operations on site.
